Cachuma Lake Nature Walk and Junior Ranger Program

Cachuma Lake Nature Walk & Junior Ranger Program:  1-mile walk for all ages on the Oak Canyon Trail from 10 - 11:30 am every Saturday. (Free with $8 Park admission per vehicle.) Junior Park Rangers Program (ages 3-12) from 1 - 2 pm. Kids under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. Learn about wildlife, caring for the environment, & earn a badge. ($2 per child.) Solvang Independence Day Parade and BBQ in Solvang Park

Solvang Independence Day Festival & Fireworks

Starting at 1 p.m., enjoy james, entertainment and food on the lawn of Old Mission Santa Ines. $5 for adults and children age 5 years and under free, fireworks display will start at approx. 9 p.m.

Community Concert

The Santa Ynez Valley Master Chorale will present a free concert to the community at 2pm in the Veterans Memorial Bldg on Mission Dr. in Solvang. Directed by Chris Bowman, the chorale will be accompanied by the same bluegrass band that played at the three spring concerts in Buellton. The Fourth of July Jamboree is a program of American music. This is Americana at its best, with something for everyone.
